In Touch Boutique is now under new management.

To ensure you have the best online shopping experience possible we have put together a flexible returns policy to give you that extra piece of mind. If you wish to exchange an item you must return it to us asap. Please also indicate the reason for your return. As we have a very high turnover of stock we cannot guarantee we will have an alternative size available in the same style. Items returned within 7 days of your delivery will be issued with an E-Boutique store credit. Returns must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Items which smell of ladies perfume/deoderant will automatically be returned so please take due care when trying on your order. Due to the popularity of our range we have an extremely fast turnover of stock so we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as a credit note which will allow you to return to our E-Boutique and either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available. We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item was faulty however we offer complimentary outward shipping for your first size change (only customers in Australia). Credit notes are issued as E-Boutique Gift Certificates that can be used only at www.intoucboutique.com.au. Credit notes issued at the In Touch E-Boutique are not redeemable in In Touch stores. Credit notes are processed within 3 days of receiving your items at our office. Returns can be sent to the below address and must include your original invoice: In Touch E-Boutique Faulty Items All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. We are happy to replace, repair, or exchange goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. You can email shop@intouchboutique.com.au if you believe your garment has a fault.
